At BONGI, orders are processed through our fulfillment partners. After you place an order, the product is prepared, packed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Order processing usually takes a few business days before the package is shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, product and shipping carrier.

Czech Republic and EU: usually faster, but may take up to 20 days

Other countries: usually within 10–20 days

Most orders arrive earlier, but delays can sometimes happen due to shipping carriers, customs or local delivery services.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.

International Orders

International orders may be delayed due to customs processing. Any customs duties, import taxes or extra fees are the responsibility of the customer.
