Yes. BONGI is a real clothing brand. It is still growing, but every order, design and drop is part of building something bigger.

What products do you sell?

Right now, BONGI sells streetwear pieces like oversized t-shirts and hoodies. More products may come in future drops.

Are the clothes oversized?

Yes, most BONGI pieces are made with an oversized streetwear fit. If you like a more normal fit, you can size down. If you like a baggy fit, choose your regular size or size up.

How do I choose the right size?

Will you make more colors?

Yes, new colors and designs may come in future drops. BONGI is still growing, so new ideas are being tested.

Will you make jeans, pants or long sleeves?

Possibly in the future. BONGI is currently starting with t-shirts and hoodies, but pants, jeans, long sleeves and other pieces may come later.

Quality & Care

What is the quality like?

BONGI focuses on clean streetwear pieces with comfortable materials and strong designs. The goal is to make clothing that looks good, feels good and represents the brand properly.

How should I wash BONGI clothing?

  • Wash inside out
  • Use cold or low temperature
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Air drying is recommended

Can I put it in the dryer?

It is better not to. Dryers can damage prints and shrink clothing over time. Air drying is safer.

How do I order?

Choose the product, select your size and color, add it to cart and complete checkout.

Can I change my order after buying?

If you made a mistake, contact BONGI as soon as possible. If the order has already started production or shipping, changes may not be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact BONGI as fast as possible. If the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Contact BONGI immediately with the correct full address. If the order has already shipped, the address may not be changeable.

Why do you need my phone number?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, BONGI aims to ship worldwide. Shipping availability can depend on your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take up to 20 days, but most orders usually arrive much earlier. Delivery time depends on your country, product and shipping carrier.

Why does shipping take time?

BONGI is still a growing brand and many orders are processed through production and fulfillment partners. That means some items are prepared after purchase.

Where does my order ship from?

Will I get tracking?

Yes, if tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.

My tracking is not updating. Is that normal?

Yes, sometimes tracking takes a few days to update. If it does not update for a long time, contact BONGI.

My package says delivered but I do not have it. What should I do?

First check around your address, mailbox, neighbors or local delivery office. If you still cannot find it, contact the shipping carrier and BONGI.

Why are the prices not super cheap?

BONGI is not trying to be the cheapest random clothing brand. The price includes the product, design, production, website fees, shipping systems and building the brand properly.

Why is shipping not free?

Shipping costs money, especially for worldwide orders. BONGI tries to keep shipping as fair as possible.

Will you make discounts?

Yes, discounts may happen during special drops, limited offers or for the community.

Can I get a discount code?

Sometimes discount codes are shared on TikTok or other BONGI socials. Follow BONGI so you do not miss them.

Returns & Problems

Can I return my order?

Returns depend on the reason and condition of the product. If there is a problem, contact BONGI as soon as possible.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Send a clear photo of the damaged product and your order info. BONGI will try to help solve the issue.

What if I receive the wrong size or product?
